Kanaka Creek Family Dental has been part of Maple Ridge since 2019. Most of what we do happens in the operatory — but some of the best days are the ones where the chairs stay empty and the parking lot fills up instead.

We closed the schedule and threw a party for the families who have trusted us with their teeth.
An ice cream truck parked out front and worked its way through a long, cheerful line. A face painter turned a steady stream of kids into tigers, butterflies and superheroes. A balloon artist made what felt like several hundred balloon animals.
Our whole team was there. Not in scrubs, not running behind, just talking with the people we usually see for half an hour at a time twice a year.
That was the point. A dental office spends most of its time being a place you have to go. For one afternoon it was a place people actually wanted to be.
Thank you to everyone who came. We will do it again.
Albion FC
We sponsor Albion FC, a local Maple Ridge youth soccer club. Community sport is one of the more reliable ways a kid ends up with a chipped front tooth, so it feels like the right place for a dental office to put its name.
